About Me
Hello and welcome! I am Amisha, a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science at the University of California, Irvine (UCI). I am affiliated with the ETAD (Engaging Technology and Application Design) and TLC (Teaching and Learning in Computing) Lab at UCI, currently being advised by Dr. Sergio Gago-Masague.
Ongoing Work and Research Interests,
- Fairness in Machine Learning.
- Developing Representation learning techniques to mitigate Algorithmic bias in real-world applications.
- Experience working in Neuro-symbolic networks and Deep learning frameworks for robust decision-making.
- Integrating Fairness-aware frameworks in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Machine Learning Interpretability and Explainaibility.
